Sweden

Sweden is actually the third largest country in Western

Europe with an area approximately twice that of Britain

and with a length stretching 1600 kms from north to south.

More than half of Sweden's land surface is Pine and Birch forest amongst which there are an amazing 100,000 beautiful lakes. The majority of Sweden's towns and cities are to be found in the southern third of the country, where most Swedes live, 1.8 million of them in her capital city, Stockholm.
