Discover one of Europe’s last wildernesses on a husky

sled.

Did you know that the cleanest air in Europe is in Pallas Ylläs National Park, in North-West Lapland? Well this wonderful 5-day husky tour certainly gives you the opportunity to sample it!

The tour follows the forests and frozen lakes on the edge of the national park, with each participant driving his own dog-sled team of 4-6 dogs. The daily distances vary between 25 and 40 kilometres, depending on your physical condition and the weather. This safari is a unique opportunity to admire the untouched nature of Lapland with the opportunity to try your fire making skills which are tested during your overnight stay in the simple wilderness huts!

This is a real hands on holiday with each participant taking care of their own dog team and helping to prepare meals and build the fire. A truly wonderful adventure, particularly for dog lovers and adventure seekers alike!
