Most holiday homes are situated in beautiful surroundings offering the sort of peace, tranquility and solitude you dream about at the end of a busy day.

There are quite a number of holiday homes complete with their own sauna or spa bath or swimming pool and, in some cases, all three! The standard of houses is as good, and in some cases better, than those we experience at home. This really is an ideal family holiday.

How to order a holiday home (NB! Travel Agents please contact Taber Holidays)

To find a holiday home please click on the 'Search for a Holiday Home' banner on the left hand side of this page.  When you have found the holiday home of your choice and wish to order, click on the house and follow the guidelines.

Beforehand we strongly recommend you read the following additional information regarding ordering and paying for your chosen holiday home.

Travel documents
When you have booked a holiday home and we have received payment according to the terms of payment, Taber Holidays will send you the rental documents, where address and road description of the holiday home is included.

Payment
The deposit must be received by Taber Holidays no later than 8 days from the date of booking and is 25% of the total rental. The balance must be received by Taber Holidays no later than 6 weeks before the date of arrival and is the remaining 75% of the total rental.

When a holiday home is booked less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total rental must be received by Taber Holidays no later than 8 days from the date of booking.

If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the date of arrival, the total rental is to be paid immediately to:

As soon as payment is received the rental agreement will be forwarded.

Deposit
As a safety for the holiday home owner a deposit is collected upon arrival to cover damages etc. However also to cover the additional costs accumulating during your stay, such as electricity, water, telephone, heating, gas, etc.

For holiday homes in Denmark you will, at the latest 14 days after returning from your holiday, receive an account of your deposit. In other countries consumption will be accounted at your departure.

Extra services
When booking a holiday home in Denmark it is possible to order some extra services, such as cleaning and bed linen, etc. If such services are offered in connection with the holiday home you wish to book, it is possible to order these during the booking procedure.

Occasionally a holiday home has compulsory final-cleaning. However, this is primarily holiday homes with an indoor pool. Compulsory final-cleaning will be stated in the description of the holiday home.

DEPARTURES

Rental of each holiday home is usually on a Saturday to Saturday basis. It is possible to arrive or depart from a holiday home either later or earlier than this, however, you should be aware that you will still be charged for a full week's rental.

PRICES
The price for each holiday home is given once you have performed a search for your preferred arrival date. You will then be presented with a list of all the holiday homes WHICH ARE AVAILABLE for this date. The price quoted is the price for the ENTIRE HOLIDAY HOME for 7 nights and IS NOT the price per person. Please note that an additional insurance premium which is equal to 4% of the holiday home price will also be charged.
