Suzel recently visited the beautiful region of Värmland in Sweden to attend the Outddor Academy Scandinavia 2010. It was a fantastic event over a period of 5 days and included mountain biking, river rafting (once the rafts had been built!), teepee camping, canoeing, cycling and gold panning.
